Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Terms and Conditions") carefully before using the www.einkornbakehouse.com website (the "Service") operated by Einkorn Bakehouse ("us", "we", or "our").

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned upon your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who wish to access or use the Service.

By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you do not have permission to access the Service.

• PURCHASES 

All orders are to be placed at least 48 hours prior and are paid in advance and in full online at www.einkornbakehouse.com. All purchases are final. Your order will be ready in 2-3 days for pick up at the Lake Worth location only and delivery.  Pick up at the Palm Beach Gardens Green Market is on Sunday mornings only.  

• REFUND POLICY

There are no refunds, returns or replacements for any products. If you have any questions about your product, please contact us at info@einkornbakehouse.com or (561) 229-4975 and we will do our best to assist you.

• PICK UP AND DELIVERY SERVICE

We deliver our products locally in Palm Beach County within our delivery zone. There is an additional delivery fee of $10.00 that must be paid in advance prior to delivery. Your order will be placed in a box that has been taped and left at your door if no one is available. Einkorn Bakehouse shall not be held responsible for anything that should happen to your order once it has been delivered. You are responsible to provide accurate address information for delivery service. We are not responsible for any wrong address information provided. Should your order be returned to Einkorn Bakehouse for any delivery issue due to an incorrect address, it will be held for 24 hours or otherwise it will be donated.  You will be held responsible for any additional delivery fee.

We deliver to: Lake Worth, Wellington, Boynton Beach, West Palm Beach, Royal Palm Beach, Palm Beach Gardens, Delray Beach, Boca Raton and anywhere in between.

We offer two pick up locations to collect your order:

1. Einkorn Bakehouse's address between 6:00 pm and 8:00 pm. Your order will be held for 24 hours if you do not show up or otherwise it will be donated.
2. Palm Beach Gardens Green Market on Sunday mornings between 9:00 am and 11:00 am. Your order cannot be held and will be donated if you do not show up between these times.

Prices for our products are subject to change without any notice. 

We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. 

We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.

Your submission of personal information through the store is governed by our Privacy Policy. Before submitting any personal information to us please view our Privacy Policy
