Einkorn is the most ancient wheat known to man and the only wheat to have never been hybridized. All modern wheat and even other ancient forms of wheat have all been hybridized. More info on Einkorn here. Einkorn flour is NOT gluten free. It has the same amount of gluten as you would find in regular, modern wheat. However, the gluten in Einkorn is structured very differently making it much easier to digest. Many customers can eat this wheat and not have any reactions as they would to modern wheat. Please note that Einkorn is still a form of wheat and it is NOT ok for those with Celiac Disease.

I do not have a Brick and Mortar bakery as I work out of my home. You can place an order here in my online store for delivery or pickup.
We only use natural ingredients without any preservatives. Our products can stay fresh at room temperature for about 3 days after they are baked. We then recommend you store in the freezer. Ensure to slice all products that aren't already sliced before freezing. This will make it much easier than trying to slice a rock hard bagel. All products come with a label, with detailed instructions on how to store. Send us a message if you have any further questions about storage.
